Step 2: We’ll send you a custom proposal
We’ll send you a custom proposal which outlines the services we recommend, project timelines, and the amount of your total investment. No surprises. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and why before you pay.
Step 3: Pay for the services you want
You pay for the services you would like us to perform via our Shop page. Click through the links on the proposal to the services that you’d like to buy, add them to your cart, and pay for them just like any other internet shopping experience.
You pay only for what you want. You aren’t required to buy every service listed on the proposal. In fact, in many cases we’ll offer you multiple service options that allow you the freedom to choose only the ones that best fit your needs. Payment types accepted include:
While à la carte services are paid as a single transaction, ongoing retainer packages like Growth or Authority require full payment for the entire 3-month minimum commitment upfront before work begins. These packages also include a 14-day cancellation window. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you will receive a refund minus one month’s fee. After 14 days, all payments are final and non-refundable as per our Terms.
Step 4: Fill out the onboarding form
After receiving your payment, we’ll send you an onboarding form to fill out which explains which tools we’ll need access to. Requirements vary by service, but they typically include things like access to your website, analytics, documents, or email platforms. We begin work the day payment clears. No delays.
Step 5: Delivery and reporting
We deliver your services by video call or email, depending on the service and your preferences. If you ordered content, you’ll receive drafts with one revision round. For ongoing retainer packages like Growth or Authority, you’ll get unlimited revision rounds during your service period and a clear impact report at each month’s end showing what worked and what we’ll adjust next month.
